I'm starting to notice that the only time I write is when I can't sleep and the sun is starting to rise outside, but that's usually when I have the most on my mind anyways. It hasn't been long since my last update; just a few days so the countdown to Korea is just at 62 days. All the kids that are going for the summer program left for New York orientation today and honestly it's driving me crazy seeing their photos and updates. I wish that the year students still went for the summer program too... But it's okay! My time will come.

I bought the Tomatox Magic White Massage Pack by Tonymoly earlier this week and it finally arrived today! I'm pretty impressed with the results honestly. My first time using it and I could already see the whitening effect as soon as I washed it off. I can tell that this is one of the few products I will buy repeatedly. It normally sells for around $9, but I bought it for $14 because it was a US seller and the shipping time would be way faster. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived on Monday, so not bad considering the post office doesn't run on Sundays!
The packaging is so cute I want to die ahhhhhh.
This is the first time that I've ever used a product that had immediate results. Although the pale tint does fade after a while, it still feels nice to wash off the mask and see how fresh your skin looks. It came with a sample of Appletox moisturizer and Snail Regenerating Moisturizer, something I've wanted to try for a while.
I am the Tomato Prince!
I ordered my first DSLR camera today! I saw the Nikon D3100 on the eBay Daily Deals and couldn't pass it up for only $300. The retail price is currently at $450 everywhere else I look, so I'm hoping that I got the best price for it. It's not the best or newest camera with only 14.2 megapixels, but I know I'm definitely not going to get a price like that anywhere else. I had about $800 in my savings for Korea, but now that's going to drop to about $500 and I'm also ordering a camera bag and an SDHC card for it.
I figured since I was going to be there for 9 months, I needed a camera that would take some great pictures without breaking the bank. I have my iPhone 5 with 8MP for basic point and shoot pictures, but wanted something better to capture special moments. I really did want a Canon, but I definitely can't complain about the price I got for the Nikon. I found the D3100 twice on Craiglist for $400 and $350 used, so I'm more confident about the price I got. I keep looking through Flickr galleries of photos taken with the camera so I know what to expect and I'm getting sooooo exctied. I really wanted a fast memory card, but wasn't too worried about the size since I'll be transferring the photos and videos to my MacBook constantly anyways. I was looking for a simple, basic bag to carry it around in, but was lucky enough to find a really cute Burberry style bag.
So yessss this has been another pretty pointless and boring update; mostly about my recent online purchases and retail therapy. I just couldn't sleep and wanted to share some of the news heh.
